Serwis i aplikacja After Duty nie świadczą usług medycznych. Prezentowane treści — w tym opisy narzędzi przesiewowych (np. PHQ-9, PC-PTSD-5) — mają charakter informacyjny i edukacyjny. Aplikacja wspiera dobrostan psychiczny: przesiewa i kieruje do pomocy, ale nie diagnozuje, nie leczy i nie zastępuje konsultacji z lekarzem, psychologiem ani psychoterapeutą. Dokładamy starań, aby informacje w Serwisie były aktualne i rzetelne — w tym, by twierdzenia o charakterze naukowym opierały się na zweryfikowanych źródłach. Elementy roadmapy przedstawiają zamierzenia rozwojowe i nie stanowią zobowiązania ani oferty w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za przerwy w działaniu Serwisu wynikające z przyczyn technicznych.
Uwagi i reklamacje dotyczące Serwisu można zgłaszać przez formularz kontaktowy w serwisie. Odpowiadamy w terminie 14 dni.

The Site is informational: it presents the After Duty app and its roadmap, and lets you request access to the closed TestFlight pilot programme.
Neither the Site nor the After Duty app provides medical services. All content — including descriptions of screening instruments (e.g. PHQ-9, PC-PTSD-5) — is informational and educational. The app supports mental wellbeing: it screens and routes to help, but it does not diagnose, treat, or replace consultation with a physician, psychologist or psychotherapist. The After Duty name, logo (the chevron-and-arc mark), texts, graphics and layout of the Site are the property of Remedy AI. Copying or commercial use without permission is prohibited. The Remedy AI logotype is the mark of the app's creator.
